  • Plots with building rights (Section 34 of the German Building Code (BauGB)/development plan)
  • Undeveloped plots, including those with existing buildings
  • Primarily suitable for residential construction, mixed use also possible depending on location

  • Building law for 40 residential units and/or 3,000 m² of living space or more
